Green FarmWe at Green Farm produce whole-milk dairy products such as milk, yogurt, white cheese, yellow cheese and yogurt drink. Our products are created by traditional recipes and are certificated organic.

The cows spend almost 9 months out in the Troyan balkan. When the outside weather is too cold, the dairy farm offers exceptional care to the animals. Afterwards we process the milk in the dairy located in the ecologically clean area of the town of Zemen.

Each and every one of our products is whole-milk, which enables it to preserve all of its vitamins, minerals and enzymes. For instance, vitamin A, which is essential for the digestion of fats, and also good for our eyes and skin, is lost in the degreasing process of milk.
